“Road’s End” is a popular community on the north end of Linoln city.  soon to be incorporated into the City (for reasons mainly pertaining to water service),  it has become one of the most desirable places to vacation or own a home on the Oregon Coast.  It has close proximity to shopping, gaming and fine dining while at the same stime being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The old SalmonRiver Trail leading from Salem, in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, to the coast ended at the beach now called “Road’s End”  Logan Road which runs south to north through Road’s End is about two miles long.  It ends at the south side of a majestic outcropping called Cascade Head, a very scenic hiking and nature preserve area.  Logan Road was named after the Logan family, early settlers and ranchers of the area. There’s more to do in the Lincoln City area than anywhere on the coast!  From indoor activities like gaming, shopping and dining to beach combing, bird watching and festivals, plan to come and enjoy it all.
